Most websites take between 2–4 weeks from the first conversation to going live, depending on how big the site is and how quickly you can get me your content. I’ll give you a clear timeline before we start so you know exactly what to expect.

Not at all — that’s most of the businesses I work with. We start from scratch: I’ll ask what you do, who you want calling you, and what makes people choose you over the place down the road. You don’t need anything prepared.

Every business needs something different, so I quote per project rather than selling packages. Get in touch and I’ll give you a fixed price up front — no hourly billing, no surprises. The first conversation and the presence check are free.

No. Plenty of businesses just need a website built properly once. If you want me looking after your Google listing, ads or updates month to month I’m happy to — but it’s optional, and you can stop whenever you like.

Yes. The site, the domain, the Google Business Profile and every photo I take are yours. Nothing is locked to me, and if you ever want to move to someone else you can take all of it with you.

You deal with me directly, from the first phone call to the site going live. There are no account managers and nobody hands your project to a junior. I also work full-time on search for national brands, so you get that experience without agency prices.

No. I’m based in London and I’m happy to come to you if you’re nearby, particularly for photography. Everything else works perfectly well over the phone and email, so I work with businesses anywhere in the UK.

Google listing changes can show within days. Website and ranking improvements are more like 3–6 months, depending on how competitive your trade and area are. Anyone promising faster than that is guessing.

Often, yes — and it’s usually cheaper. If the site is fundamentally sound I’d rather improve it than charge you for a rebuild you don’t need. The presence check will tell us which situation you’re in.

That’s completely normal and it’s not your job to. I don’t use jargon, and if I ever say something that doesn’t make sense, ask and I’ll put it differently. You don’t need to learn a single technical term to work with me.

Yes. If someone else set it up, or it appeared on its own years ago, there’s a formal process for claiming it back. It takes a little patience but it almost always resolves.

Yes, unless you’d rather do it. Most people send me a rough brain dump and some photos and I turn it into finished pages. You read and change everything before it goes live.
