Who I am
Adil Digital is a sole trader business based in London, United Kingdom. For any question about your data, email contact@adildigital.co.uk.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your business name, your website address if you give one, your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else is collected about you on this site.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to deliver the work. That’s the only use. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted a business expecting a reply.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website, and reach me by email. I don’t sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to any mailing list.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them; Google may log your IP address as part of serving that request.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to actual projects are kept for six years, as UK tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email the address above and I’ll action it within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
