How it works

Three steps. No jargon.

You won’t need to learn a single technical term to work with me, and you won’t be passed to anyone else halfway through.

  1. Step 01

I show you where you stand

I search for your trade in your area, exactly as a customer would, and write down what I find: where your website comes up, whether your Google listing appears at all, and which competitor is getting the click instead of you.

You get that in writing, for free, whether or not you go any further. No sales call unless you ask for one.

  2. Step 02

    We agree what’s worth fixing

Usually that’s a website. Often it’s photos and a proper Google listing too. Occasionally it’s something much smaller than you expected, and I’ll say so rather than sell you a project.

You get a fixed price up front for whatever we agree. No hourly billing and no invoice you weren’t expecting.

  3. Step 03

I build it, you own it

Most sites go live within 2–4 weeks. You see it before anyone else does and you get to change anything you don’t like.

Afterwards the site, the domain, the Google listing and every photo are yours. If you ever want to move to someone else you take all of it with you.

What working with me is actually like

You deal with me. Not an account manager, not a junior, not a chatbot. The person who answers the phone is the person building the site.

That’s the advantage of being one person, and it’s also the limit — I take on a small number of projects at a time, because the alternative is doing all of them badly.

What I’ll ask from you

Less than you’d think. A conversation about what you do and who you want calling you. Whatever photos and details you already have. And a read-through before it goes live.

If you don’t have content, that’s normal — most people don’t. I’ll write it and you tell me where I’ve got it wrong.

Timings

The presence check comes back within 24 hours. A typical website is 2–4 weeks from agreeing to going live. A Google listing overhaul is usually days. Photography is a couple of hours on site and a few days to edit.

Step one is free.

Tell me your business name and I’ll show you what a customer sees when they search for you right now.
